The Doma Group with Volt Lane Pty Limited are very pleased to be selected as the preferred proponent to deliver the base building and integrated fitout for the new ATO building in Albury. Following the successful delivery of the 46,000m2, 5 Greenstar, 4.5 NABERS Department of Health Building with integrated fitout, DOMA Group’s development and construction team are well placed to deliver this project for the ATO.
Base Building Design has commenced immediately and will be lead by Canberra based Architects, May + Russell and Services Engineers WSP Lincoln Scott who all have a strong track record of delivering Greenstar and NABERS rated buildings for Commonwealth Tenants.
Doma Group have also successfully developed a number of other projects in Canberra including the 75,000m2, mixed-use Realm Precinct in Canberra including the 5-star Hotel Realm and the 14,800 m2, 4.5 ABGR-rated Aviation House in Woden. Doma Group have recently purchased two sites on Kingston Foreshore and are planning to lodge Development Applications in the coming months for a combined GFA of about 25,000 m2.
